Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Replying to a summons

My wife has filed for divorce, I do not have the money to afford an attorney. I wish to reply to the court so that I have rights to speak, if necessary. I do not wish to contest any of the complaint. How can I enter a reply without an attorney?

Most judges give a lot of leeway to in pro per litigants(no attorney). Just follow the complaint for divorce paragraph by paragraph admiting or denying the allegations contained in the complaint. Sign your answer and file it with the court clerk. Good luck!!!
