Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

First in response to the person the replied and said to ''stop complaining''......Perhaps if it was YOU in my situation, you wouldnt be QUICK to voice your opinion. I said I gave her a lump sum......to handle my DIVORCE CASE which included child support, custody, etc....and she has done an awful job. and this is why Iam seeking another attorney....the word Complaining is inappropriate and do not respond to my questions in the future if you cant answer them with some kindness. kindly submitted!!!!!

Greetings; Take a look at the big picture here. You asked for 'free' advice. You received it. Now, you complain (again) because you do not like the response you got. If you do not want honest answers, post your questions to someone who will tell you only what you want to hear. If indeed, you were quoted a 'flat fee' for the entire case, you really do need a new attorney. A quality attorney will never attempt a contested divorce on a flat fee basis.
