am i responsible for day care?

i was ordered to pay 267 a week in child supportwhich i dont have a problem with ...but my ex wife is tellin me that i have to pay half for day care and there is nothing in the divorce judgment thats says i have to pay the extra for day care.. she wants an additional $90 a week for day care and i cant aford that much please email me with the response and tell me what i should do

You are only required to do that which is set forth in the most recent order by the court. If nothing is said about day care expenses, you need not pay them.

She could file a petition to modify the order, but she will have to show a material change in circumstances.
