restraining order i dont want
my dad put a restraining order on my boyfriend. my boyfriend got a csc bacause of me(he's 16 i'm 15), but is there anything i can do at all to remove the restraining order?

Most likely no, unless you had someone else appointed as your legal guardian to then be able to dispute the order. The person who has the restraining order against him is in the best position to object to the order and try to have it dismissed, although there are strict filing guidelines. If the PPO included facts re: the CSC, then don't even bother. The Court will not set it aside when there has been a "crime" committed.
The order should expire 1 year from the date it went into effect. Your parents can only have orders like this put into place on your behalf until you are 18 - after that - they have no authority.

No. As a person under the age of 18, you remain the responsibility of your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian has a legal duty to provide adequate food, clothing, shelter, or medical care and to intervene to eliminate risks of harm to you when s/he is able to do so and has, or should have, knowledge of the risk.
