My ex wife is getting remarried. Will she still be entitled to my 401K, pension, retirement, and alimony

She's entitled to whatever your divorce judgment says she's entitled to. Contact your divorce lawyer and review your judgment together.

She'll be entitled to everything that is in the judgment. Did you put in a clause that says her alimony stops upon remarriage? Just curious, if you didn't, did you have a lawyer? William S. Stern
