Re: Revise custody

To Whom It May Concern:

This is in response to your email of July 7, 2001, which this office received on July 9, 2001.

Unfortunately you have not provided me with enough information to respond to your request. You stated that your husband abandoned you and your son last year, but that you were divorced 3 months after you were married in 1994. Was your husband still living in the house after the divorce, or did he simply abduct your daughter and leave the state? Furthermore, you do not indicate the age of your children. Finally, have their been any petitions or motions filed in Michigan or hearings set with regard to such filing?

I would be happy to more fully address your concerns if you provide me with the necessary additional information.

Sincerely,

Michael D. Eberth
