rights to removal of property from the home during divorce
a man is being removed for domestic violence, his wife wants to remove her belongings before his return and the police wont allow this.they are asking her to leave her own residence as well. is this legal?

Without having the order to review I cannot advise you regarding your particular matter. However, in the typical case the wife should be able to remove her belongings.
