if your rights have been termanated and the adoption of your children are final does the state have any say if the adopted parents want to allow you to see your children?

If the adoption is final, the decision to allow someone to see their child is completely in the hands of the adoptive parents, unless that would violate some other court order or endanger the child. William S. Stern
