Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I seek to take something out of a jurisdiction under contention of the co-owner. I no longer am apart of and furthermore no longer consent to be governed by rite of my religious conviction.

While I consent to abide by the terms of how the property is split, I denounce governence as to what I do, how I do it, and where I take my split property. Is this a district matter, or circuit matter? and how is this case percieved by lawyers?
