Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I have been seperated for 3 years and want to proceed with my divorce. I am not in a good position financially and recently had severe health issues, incurring a ton of medical bills. Is my husband responsible for any portion of these bills, or am I on my own? I would also like to know your opinion of the online divorce process. It seems like a good deal for the price, but don't want to waste money if it isn't going to get me anywhere. Thanks for your advice. Becky

I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for." Presuming you wouldn't deal with serious medical problems on line, trying to deal with a serious legal problem on line is equally foolish.
