my sister has power of attorney over my mother .has her new car&access to her bank accounts.she is also preventing mother from livong in mom,s beautiful home where i,m able to assist her,sister also prevents mom&i to talk on the phone privately. mom wants to revoke sisters power of attorney and appoint me,can you please advise me what to do
