Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I have a situation: my niece offered to sell my daughter a car. My daughter drove the car for 2 months and had to continually dump money into it. But the last time it broke down she parked the car in my backyard and never paid for the vehicle. She did not return the car to my niece and the car's been sitting here for 2 years. my niece has not come to get the car and I have offered to purchase the car 3 times. Now she's asking for more money than originally offered. How should I handle this? I need to get this vehicle out of my backyard pronto!

Tell her that you're having it towed away in a week if she doesn't come get it. Threaten to charge her a storage fee. Follow through with your promise.
