Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My son, age 15, was interrogated by a police officer at school. He was not read his rights and was physically and emotionally intimidated by the officer. This took place in the principals office without anyone else present but my son and the officer.
My son was accused of possession of marijuana, which was found in his backpack and tested positive by the officer.
We believe that he may have been framed, however, we are not parents who think their child could do no wrong. We have our investigative reasoning.
In fact, our son has been labeled "emotionally immature" by a PHD. Along with that, he has a documented history of being bullied at school.
Any advice is welcome and I thank you in advance.

Just get him a lawyer ASAP. There may be valid defenses and these must be explored.
Get a lawyer for any juvenile case. File a grievance with his chief regarding the interrogation.
