Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Spouse Lying on Answers to 1st Set of Interrogatories

I am in the process of divorce in Michigan. The first set of interrogatories have been sent and received back, and I received copies of my spouses answers. Almost every answer given was extremely evasive, and most answers were lies, which I can prove. What is the punishment for lying on the interrogatories?

Do you have an attorney? If not, you need an attorney. If your husband is concealing assets, you need to aggressively seek out other sources of discovering the whereabouts of these assets. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.

Presumably you're represented by an attorney. You should be asking your divorce attorney ALL of your questions.
