Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my spouse and I are going through a simple divorce no big assets he will not pick up his personal items from the house as he has his own place. I know that it is "marital property" but I want him to take it or I drop it off and he isnt cooperating what can I do? our signing will be the begining of oct. do I have to wait?

Your case apparently isn't so simple. I recommend you speak with an Ottawa County family law attorney to assist you with your divorce case. You will find the lawyer much better qualified to practice law than you are.
