Statutory rape?

A man(58) I know has an adoptive daughter (17) who had sex with his biological son(18) and is now pregnant. Is there any legal reprocussions of this? Also the mother(54) asked the father to take a paternity test against the daughters baby? Could he also be imprissoned if he had sex with his adoptive daughter? What sort of proof would I need in order to call child protective services if the chid is in fact the adoptive father's?They also have 4 other adoptedchildren living in the home. There are many signs I have seen to back up the sexual stuff witht he adopted daughter

If you have serious concerns about the children's safety, you should call protective services and let them do an investigation.
