Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am a stay at home mother of 2 children and am looking into filing for divorce. We have tried couciling and that has not worked. We went for a year and well not happy. The kids are suffering as well. But I want to find out my rights before I go leaving so I am sure that this is right for me
