staying in a home when there is pending divorce

Is there any reason at all that a court can force you to stay in a home with a spouse?

Not that I am personally aware of. What is your particular concern? Are you frightened to leave? You really need to get representation with an experienced attorney such as myself if you are in a divorce proceeding.
