Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Stepson

My wife and I have been married since 2002. The house was mine, and after the marriage my wife and stepson moved in. The house was refinanced twice since 2002, and now my wife's name also appears on the paperwork. My stepson and I do not get along. Several arguments have almost become physical, and that is what I am trying to avoid. I have told him to leave many times,with no success. He says that since his mothers name is on the paperwork, and he does not want to leave, that he does not have to. What would be my next course of action? Would calling the police to remove him be an option?
