Can I be stopped from going out of US?
Can my wife stop me from going overseas ? we are going through marriage prooblems and I am going away for two weeks.

You can't personally be stopped, I think it would only become an issue if you had kids and were going to bring the kids with you. Then she could stop you from bringing the kids with you.
