Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can I sue my wife for IIED? We got together under the agreement that she would not be without a job. Soon after we were married, she lost her job and has only worked eight months of the past six years. We were forced to move in with her parents and we were in agreement that she would get a job, and we would live there less than two years; this month is the four year mark. Also notable, i have serious problems with anxiety, and she is well aware. I get treated terribly by her family, and the past four years have cost me a lot of money

Why don't you two get divorced? That is your suit.

I agree. Your option is to get divorced. There are no recognized damages between spouses that divorce cannot reconcile.
