Sued for Adultry?

Can my boyfriend's soon-to-be ex-wife sue him or me for adultry? Can she press charges against me?

The ex-wife cannot sue you for adultery. This used to be called alienation of affection and most states, like Michigan, have done away that type of case. Bill Stern
