Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

What do I need for a summary and poropsal of postition concerning property division for my divorce. I am going in front of a referee with my soon to be ex husband and I do not have a lawyer so I have to write up my paperwork on my own and am not sure how the proposal and summary need to look. Is there a form I need to fill out? Do I just type it up on my own? Any help i could get would be great. Thank you so much
