support what to do

me&my ex-husband have joint custody. our son leaves with me& goes to school. he see son ever other weekend and ever other holyday and 3weeks in summer months he pays $62 week my problem is he has not seen son for 6 month and is 2 months behind. he say he no longer want to see 10yr. old son what to do?

If you don't need his money, motion to terminate his parental rights. That is difficult but he may go for it. However, if you want him to have a relationship with his son, thendon't take that route. Just show drag him before the judge on a motion to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for the child support issue. Bill Stern
