Taking a rider off a deed

My inlaws have put a rider on

the deed to the house i own

with my wife.

Now they wish to have the rider taken off the deed.

It says they can live here.

What do they and i do to remove

this from the deed?

Taking a rider off a deed

If in fact that is a valid conveyance of some property interest to your parents, the same attorney that handled the original conveyance can negate or remove it.
