Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Hi team: 7 yrs ago I slept with someone didnot know she was married.... 6 yrs later she is claiming that she had my baby 6 yrs old, and she got 2 other kids and all under her husband, 6 yrs later she trying to find me and claiming that one of the kids is mine??? I am assuming she is divorced and and hard $$ situation?? can she still take me to court?? I am assuming she geting something from her ex-husbad for all 3 kids?? So far she is trying to send personal mails to me?? I am off no work for the last 2 yrs..
