Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I want to know if there is any way to have a test done to see if a child is mine the mother is going to give the baby anyway to her aunt out of state. I want to stop her so i can see if the baby is mine.

You need to file a paternity petition. The court will then order a paternity test to determine if you are the father. I suggest you contact a family law attorney as soon as possible.
