Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Tonight is supposed to be the start of my exs weekend with our daughtter. He tried taking her from me last week. She misses her dad and I don't want to keep her from me but I'm afraid if I send her I wont see her until our conciliation meeting. He said he is going to have his attorney write up a paper saying we will stick to our verbal agreement until our meeting. I was wondering if this would be a legal document or if he is trying whatever he can to get her?
