Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Transportation
My ex-husband and I have a judgement of divorce. In the judgement it states that we have to meet on Washington st. in Holland. Well for the past two weekends he has gone to get the girls but come Sunday he calls few minutes before we are to meet and says he can't make it and if I want the girls back I have to drive 1 1/2 hours one way to get them. What is there for me to do? Of course I am going to pick them up, my oldest knows when she gets to come home. I have brought this up with the FOC but have not received an answer.

Your lawyer can take your ex in front of the judge for violating the judgment.
