Transportation responsibilities for visitation
Where can I find case decisions regarding whose responsibility the transportation is for visitation if parents do not live close to each other?

This is in response to your email of June 21, 2001, which this office received on June 29, 2001.
To do legal research you will need access to a law library such as the Wayne State Law School Library or software/internet support such as West Law. However, the software internet support is not readily available to non-attorneys and can be costly. I recommend that you call a law library and check if they have the Fifth Edition of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education text entitled Michigan Family Law Volume 1 and 2. It may be of some help to you.
