Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Man wants divorce from wife. Wife left MI 5 yrs ago for FL. Wife in and out of prison (per Internet FL prison files). Girlfriend is pregnant. Money and keeping up with MIA wife hard to get divorce going. Wife left man with MANY outstanding debts-some are in his credit report onder her maiden name. What's the next step? How much legal trouble are man and girlfriend in? Um, help??
