is a trust binding if property not transferred into it
If there is a trust covering property between a divorced husband and wife, but the property in question was never transferred into the trust and deed and remains in one persons name with other person having filed a quitclaim, is the trust binding?

Without more information, I would say no. The trust cannot reach items which are not titled to it. For a further discussion, please visit www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
