Trusts in divorce

If an irrevocable trust is established for one spouse after the marriage, does the other spouse have any abilty to get some of the funds in the divorce?

It is possible, depending upon the wording of the trust, the discretion of the trustee to disburse funds and the amount of income available to the beneficiary. A lawyer will have to review the trust. William S. Stern
