Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Me and my twin sister receives childsupport but it comes in my mom name but she doesn't give us any of the money or does anything with the money to support us or buy us anything so I was wondering since we're 18 could we get the childsupport in our name.

You forget that the support goes for rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.min addition to your clothes and food. If you lack basic necessities, call the Friend of the Court and tell them.
