unmarried child custody
My daughter is 13yrs old I had full custody of her until she was 8 yrs old, only because I had gotten a divorce and my daughters father forced me to give up custody because I had no means of taking care of her. I am remarried now and have a small child and would like to get custody back, at least joint custody what is your advice.

Does your daughter want to live with you? What parenting time have you been exercising? Are you current on child support? Is there any abuse going on? Without knowing the answers to these questions, I cannot give you better advice.
