Visitation

Can my ex deny me visitation because I am $500.00 behind in child support? What should I do tommorrow Friday Sept. 20 is my day to pick her up and my ex says that she will not send this weekend because I owe her money. I did make a small payment of $150.00 dollars last week and I im in the process of having my child support lowered, but I have not yet received my any papers back yet.
