Visitation

If the father does not show up to pick up his child, am I obligated to let the father pick he up the following day?

I would not want to put the child in the middle. The child will feel disloyal by going with the father if you make a big deal about it. However, I'd then go to the judge with a motion requiring specific visitatio times. Put in the order that if the father is more than 15 minutes late, he forfeits visitation for that week. William S. You are only obligated to do what the court order says you have to do.
