Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Visitation Interference

My husbands ex-wife contiuously interferes with his visitation time and summer vacation weeks by constant daily phone calls and coming to our home without notice to sit in the drive way and visit the children. She has physical custody so she is with them most of the time. She causes constant problems by putting the children in unhappy situations just to make their father look bad to them. After her calls, during his visitation, the children are depressed, moody and withdrawn from the rest of the family. She doesn't like the fact they might enjoy themselves while in our home. She encourages the children to be disruptive while in our home and doesn't allow them to call my children their step-sisters. She has been told not to make unscheduled visits to our home. I feel since she has the children most of the time, she should allow my husband his time with them without this interference. Also, she does not allow the children to call their father at all when they are with her, despite the courts telling her to. What can we legally do to keep her from interfering during my husbands 'parenting-time', while the children are in our home?

Re: Visitation Interference

Make a motion for appointment of a family counselor to be paid for by both parties.
