Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am wanting to "opt in" to using friend of the court. My divorce is final and I'm finding it very difficult to deal w issues with my ex pertaining to our agreement. My question is my income has slightly gone up since we finalized. Plus she has started working, will by support increase.
