Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Wife leaving state with my son.
My ex and her new husband are looking to relocate out of state and take my son with them, i was wondering if the courts will allow her to do so if i dont agree?

There are several factors the judge must evaluate before making a decision. I strongly recommend that you meet with a family law attorney that is very experienced with change of domicile cases.
