Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My wife left me for a younger man. how can i get her name off the house? i want to keep it. there are no children involved

You need to file for divorce and then the court can either order her (assuming the court feels it is proper) to issue a quit claim deed to you or a judicial deed if she does not comply. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
