Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My ex wife and I are currently in the middle of a divorce. For the time being she has residential custody of my two children. She continually harrassing me via text and stalks severely. We need to communicate at times to discuss our children and make arrangements. How can I file harassment and stalking? If there is a civil protection order how do I communicate about my children as needed and see my children? I live in Ohio.

It's difficult to manage a Michigan divorce from Ashley, OH. I strongly recommend that you hire an attorney in the county where the divorce case is filed. You'll find that to be a huge help to you.
