Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my ex wife is refusing to pay divorce settlement I have been with out a way to earn an income , I have no way to get my medication , I have no place to live , I am currently having to live with parents out of my home state cause of this ,and now she is refusing to pay for the reason of me stating that I will take her to court to make her comply . I am currently out of medication and I need an emergency hearing
