Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I was wondering if a parent could get full custody of a child when that parent has no job and no source of income? When the other parent has a full time job and a stable home environment.

Highly unlikely. Joint custody maybe, but not full custody. Joint custody is the presumption and can be tough to overcome, especially given the circumstances you stated.
