I was wondering if a parent could get full custody of a child when that parent has no job and no source of income? When the other parent has a full time job and a stable home environment.

Highly unlikely. Joint custody maybe, but not full custody. Joint custody is the presumption and can be tough to overcome, especially given the circumstances you stated.

Yes it is possible, but there is a burden of proof that must be met and that can be difficult to achieve.
