Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I work at gm my husband is trying for work comp.I had the house before we were married.I had the cars before we were married.and all the toys such as quad dirt bike snowmobiles.He wants half of everything.I had all these things before we were married. We only been married for two years.And wants spousal support and alimony.He moved out of my house in december of 2009.Police was asked to come to the house to get his personal stuff out. He has nothing left there.Everything that is in the house was mine before we got married.He breaks into my house when I am at work.He will not change his drivers linces but has his mail delivered to his new house.Tells me I can't stop him frtom coming in and stealling my mediciation and selling it for money he has no job and not looking for one.I want him out of my life and stay out of my house.It is on file that he moved out.Should i get legal seperation or just divorced.I also want him off my health insurance
