Workers Compensation Settlement and Community Property in Divorce

I have been married over two years and about 1 1/2 ago my husband suffered a on the job injury, He case has now settled But we are seperated due to domestic violence, Would I be entitled any of the money that he recieve?? I Have been the finacialy been supporting my husband our daughter and in the last 3mths his two older children by another women because she was evicted, AM I entitled to anything???
