Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

a few years ago my husband's uncle bought a house which was put in my husband's name. (his name is on the title, mine is not.) The house was purchased to be fixed up and sold as a means to make a profit. Since we are getting a divorse my husband and his uncle are claiming the house was a gift only to my husband. Do i have a right to ownership of the house or would it be considered seperate property?

If the uncle bought the house then its sounds like a constructive trust; if your husband was to receive some of the proceeds then it seems those proceeds (not the house) would be part of the marital estate. At best you have a right to proceeds or an equitable lien.
