Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Yesterday my adoptive parents thought that I had a cellphone that did not belong to me. In a result they stormed into my room pulled everything out of my drawers and I became upset because I told them over and over that it was an old cellphone that everyone in the house had used before upgrading to newer and advanced phones. My adoptive mother began to verbal abuse me calling me a thief and just putting me down. Because I am 19 years old I didn't tolerate it so I began to say how i feel then my adoptive father told me to get the hell out of my room. I was so aggravated and irritated because this is not the first that they have wrongfully accused me of something and I have been dealing with verbal abuse for a long time my biological brother who used to live with us moved out at 16 because he couldn't tolerate the neglect, manipulation, and abuse. We even had child protective services to come after he moved and my adoptive parents made me and my adoptive brother lie and say they never laid a hand on us but because of the whole incident yesterday I went down the stair into the bathroom to talk to my grandmother and my adoptive father came in and yelled at me and began choking me and because I have asthma I began to push him off of me and he yelled "Don't you ever put your fucking hand on me I will break your neck"
