Legal Question in Medical Leave in Michigan

If my fianc� has a house and we get married, do I have to be put on the deed? If i do, can I do a Quit Claim Deed? And if I do a Quit Claim Deed and he dies, what happens then?

Yes, if you get married, a quit claim deed would need to be done and recorded to make you joint owner. If he dies, it becomes yours.
